Found at Savu on Day 3, no conditions, good through the final five. Rob never played it. On Day 6 he quit the game and, before he left, handed it to Carter Krull, who was on the outs at Savu. Carter then mutinied to Toka with it in his bag.

Exile Mast Idol

A hidden immunity idol lashed to a mast on Exile, freed only by cutting it loose. It was never freed.

Ep 1 · Permanent Uncertainty

Never
Outcome
Lewis Kelly volunteered for Exile and spent roughly thirty hours alone trying to chop this idol off a mast with a small axe. He never got it loose. He came back to camp with no idol and no food, having missed the shelter build and the first immunity challenge prep — a real idol that existed, sat in frame, and left the game unclaimed.

Toka Hidden Immunity Idol

Found at Toka camp in episode 2, after Toka won the reward. Any conditions on it have not been shown on screen.

Jelly turned it up while Toka was enjoying its reward haul. She told Patt and deliberately kept it from Devin, her closest ally, because his "weaponized honesty" might give it away. Toka won both challenges, so it never came near a Tribal. In Episode 6, with Savu down to three, she revealed it at Tribal and said she could not write Devin's name. She kept it in her pocket, and Ori went home 2-0.

Tethered Idol

A hidden immunity idol its holder can play only on the two other castaways from the summit where it was won. If both of them are out of the game, it becomes a regular idol.

On Day 11 each tribe sent one castaway to a summit: Ori from Savu, Sharonda from Dina and Kristin from Toka. Two went back to camp with ribs and corn, and Kristin volunteered to spend the night on Exile Island for this idol. She can play it only on Ori or Sharonda, up to the final five. Ori was voted out that same episode, so it now protects Sharonda alone, and if Sharonda goes too it is Kristin's to play on herself.

Advantages

Vote steals, extra votes, shot in the dark, knowledge is power, and other twists.

The Million-Dollar Coin

A season-wide twist, not a possession: one castaway may take the flip, once, at any point in the season. Land it and $1,000,000 is added to the winner's prize AND the flipper receives a hidden immunity idol. Miss and they leave the game immediately, with no Tribal Council, and the money rolls to the next season.

Revealed in the premiere and still on the table — nobody has taken the flip. Logged here as an advantage in play rather than a possession, so the page can say what the offer actually is the first time a castaway considers it on screen.

Devin's Secret Extra Vote

One of two Secret Extra Votes hidden for the Episode 3 visits. This one was at Savu camp, by the water well.

Devin volunteered to visit Savu, found it at the water well with Sharonda, turned down the chance to mutiny, and took it home to Toka. He told Ori about it. Still unplayed after Episode 6, when Savu voted Ori out 2-0 without it.

Maggie's Secret Extra Vote

The second Secret Extra Vote of Episode 3, hidden inside one of Toka's boat oars.

Ep 5 · Not Here to Get a Pedicure
Outcome
Toka found the clue in Carter's bag. Maggie found the right oar, Brady broke it open and grabbed the vote, and he let her keep it in exchange for a promise to vote his way. In Episode 5 she carried it to Dina with the Alliance Builder Extra Vote and gave the two to Lewis and Kilby, one each; both were cast for Linnea.

Ep 5 · Not Here to Get a Pedicure
Outcome
Toka's pastry reward came with a note: one player had to give up their share and leave camp. Maggie was drawn from three volunteers and visited Dina, where she gave this extra vote and her own Secret Extra Vote to Lewis and Kilby, one each. Both were cast for Linnea at Dina's Tribal, forcing a 4-4 tie.
