Chefs have a quietly excellent Survivor track record, and the reason is camp life: someone who can turn two coconuts and a fish into something edible buys goodwill that has nothing to do with challenges. At 24 she is on the young end of a cast that skews older than recent seasons, which historically cuts both ways — underestimated early, targeted once the merge math starts.
