Vatu walked into Tribal Council for the third consecutive time with Q holding no vote — he'd already lost it in an earlier twist. Sensing the walls closing in, he tried to shield Stephanie by redirecting attention, then escalated into a full bluff, telling Mike he had an extra vote.

Mike took that information, weighed it against everything he'd seen, and read Q as bluffing. The DvG majority locked in on Q as the safer cut — volatile, voteless, and now caught in a lie. Emily sided with the majority to secure her own position.

Stephanie threw a lone vote at Angelina, but the rest of the tribe sent Q home 4-1. No idols played. No Shot in the Dark. Vatu chose stability over chaos, and Q's all-winners run ended at Episode 3.

Voted out 4-1, Angelina left Vatu with characteristic flair — giving up her jacket to keep the tribe warm. "It's getting cold up there," she said, echoing her iconic Survivor 37 jacket moment. First winner out wasn't her plan, but she went out on her terms.

Two tribes. Two tribals. Two torches snuffed on Day 11.

Vatu went first, and the math was simple. After last week's Mike White blindside fractured trust across the tribe, Ozzy's "temper tantrum" — his word — set the tone for a tense camp life. Christian pushed to rally the remaining four against Angelina, and the tribe agreed unanimously. Well, almost — Angelina threw a vote at Stephenie, but the writing was on the wall. She gave up her jacket before her torch was snuffed, a callback to her legendary David vs. Goliath moment. The vote: 4-1 (Christian, Emily, Stephenie, Ozzy vs. Angelina voting Stephenie).

Cila's tribal was a bloodbath. Jonathan and Charlie believed they had the numbers to take out Rizo, and Rizo knew it — but instead of playing his Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol, he gambled on Operation Bad Blood. The vote came down to a 3-3 tie initially (Charlie/Jonathan/Rick vs. Dee/Rizo/Cirie voting Charlie, with Kamilla as the swing). Kamilla sided with Rizo's crew, making it 4-3 Charlie. The blindside was devastating. Charlie — who never saw it coming — left with "Teardrops on my guitar, Jeff" as the tribe gasped at a vote that sent shockwaves through the game. Rizo survived with his idol unplayed and an alliance cemented in blood.

Next week: "Drop your buffs." The merge is here. All remaining players were shown running together in the preview, signaling a single tribe and individual immunity. The real game begins now.
