Will spent the early days of Millennials vs. Gen X in the background, riding Vanua's hot start and changing his first vote from Figgy Figueroa to Mari Takahashi at Michelle Schubert's urging. After the swap to Ikabula, he and Jay Starrett found an idol together, and he backed Jay's call to blindside Michaela Bradshaw.
The merge got hairier. Adam Klein pegged him as Jay's new sidekick, so Will won the first individual immunity and went after Adam in return, only to land in the minority with Jay and Taylor Stocker. He voted against Jay out of fear, tried to earn Zeke Smith's trust by revealing Jay's idol, watched Zeke spread it, and then survived a rock draw. Hungry for a resume, he tipped Ken McNickle off and became the swing vote that took out Zeke in a major blindside. Emboldened, he reteamed with Jay to hunt David Wright, but Bret LaBelle, Sunday Burquest and Adam got there first and sent him home 6-2. He later voted for Adam.
