Sarah Lacina tagged Trish as Aparri's weakest link in Cagayan's First Impressions twist, which earned her a helicopter ride to camp and a choice between an idol clue and extra rice. She took the rice. She clicked fast with Tony Vlachos, and after the swap to Solana she pushed Tony to blindside Cliff Robinson despite having the numbers elsewhere. A heated argument between Trish and Lindsey Ogle that same day ended with Lindsey quitting.
At the merge Trish spotted Kass McQuillen's friction with Sarah and talked Kass into flipping, sending Sarah to the jury and cementing the Solana Alliance. She spent the game cooling Tony's paranoid spells and reeling wavering allies like Jefra Bland back in. But Tony picking her for a late reward made the pair's bond obvious, and he and Woo Hwang judged her the biggest threat left and blindsided her. At Final Tribal she thanked Woo for his honesty, blasted Tony for breaking their sworn pact, and voted for him anyway.
