Tori's Ika tenure started under a cloud: a taro-leaf errand on Day 2 had the tribe suspecting she was idol hunting, and her pitch to Rocksroy Bailey to take out Drea Wheeler went straight back to Drea. With her name on the chopping block, she flipped the script by telling Drea and Romeo Escobar that Swati Goel had floated the Drea plan first. They compared notes, caught Swati playing all sides, and sent her home instead.
At the merge Tori's reputation left her frozen out of the new majority, so she kept herself safe the hard way, winning the first two individual immunities. At the Split Tribal Council she signed on to flush Drea's idol, but Drea played it, Maryanne Oketch played hers in solidarity, and the group verbally chose Tori over Lindsay Dolashewich. Her Shot in the Dark came back not safe. On the jury she sized up each finalist, then voted for Maryanne.
