Island of the Idols' fire-making, idol-finding den mother, who built the best résumé on the beach and got cut for it.
Known for
Janet set out to prove an older woman could be an asset, and she did it early by making fire for Vokai before anyone else. She quickly became the person everyone confided in, from Lauren Beck and Tommy Sheehan plotting against Molly Byman to the women who came to her about Dan Spilo. After the tribe switch she sized up Tom Laidlaw's loyalty and marked him, though Dean Kowalski's idol blindsided her ally Jack Nichting first.
At the merge Janet was willing to vote out her own ally Dan after several women told her they felt Dan had touched them inappropriately, and she and Kellee Kim pushed for it. Instead Kellee was blindsided and Janet slid to the bottom. She clawed back, finding two idols and reworking her way into the Vokai majority. Her mistake was telling Lauren and Tommy about the second one. At the final five Dean's Idol Nullifier canceled it, and her allies voted her out as the player they couldn't beat. On the jury she asked Tommy why, then voted for him.
