Heidi opened The Amazon on the all-women Jaburu tribe, locked arms with Jenna Morasca and Shawna Mitchell, and helped pull Deena Bennett in to form a voting bloc. A tribe swap then shipped her to the men's camp, where she cut Jeanne Hebert at Dave Johnson's request.
At the merge she and Jenna went on offense, lobbying Deena to dump Roger Sexton, and at the first individual challenge the pair shed their clothes for peanut butter and chocolate, the stunt that made the pair infamous. Once Rob Cesternino broke from their alliance, the two were stuck on the bottom. Jenna handed Heidi her immunity necklace to save her once. The next time only one could survive, Heidi campaigned against her best friend, but the men judged Heidi the bigger threat. From the jury, she still backed Jenna for the win.
