When Upolu groaned about landing Coach Wade instead of Ozzy Lusth, Edna was the first to befriend him and the only one who stayed to help him after his opening duel loss. That loyalty bought her a seat as the sixth member of Coach's alliance, though the core five agreed she would get no say in the targets. She survived Christine Shields Markoski's vote, learned from one of Brandon Hantz's outbursts that she was only ever an extra number, and helped swing Rick Nelson to send Mikayla Wingle out instead of herself.
After John Cochran flipped at the merge, Upolu cleaned out Savaii. Then Brandon knocked Edna out of an immunity challenge, openly suggesting he was keeping a certain person from winning, and she campaigned to get rid of him. Coach would not loan her his idol, Albert Destrade and Sophie Clarke wavered but held, and she went out unanimously. She lost a close duel to Ozzy, and on the jury urged the finalists to own their moves before voting for Coach.
