The Luvu power player whose big swings and bigger truth bomb left him scrapping to survive, and he did.
Known for
Deshawn started Survivor 41 on a Luvu tribe that never went to Tribal before the merge, partnering tight with Danny McCray. At a summit he gambled his vote and later earned an Extra Vote, and he and Danny even tried to throw a challenge to get rid of Erika Casupanan, only to win it anyway.
After the merge he joined the All-Black Alliance with Danny, Shan Smith and Liana Wallace, but friction with Shan built until he and Danny blindsided her, which left their own side exposed. He survived the Do or Die game, then launched a last-ditch truth bomb at Erika and Heather Aldret while on the bottom; it burned bridges but Danny went home instead. When Xander Hastings sent him to fire, Deshawn edged Heather to reach the end. The jury saw his game as emotional and impulsive, especially the Shan flip, and only Danny voted for him as Erika took the rest.
