Pearl Islands' twice-voted-out power player, who came back from the dead and ran the table with Fairplay.

Burton's first run on Drake ended fast. His alliance with Michelle Tesauro and Shawn Cohen was a little too obvious, he tried to throw a challenge to thin the tribe, and when Morgan kidnapped Rupert Boneham the rest of Drake blamed him and blindsided him. Then the Outcasts twist gave him a second life. Burton led the voted-out players to a win over both tribes, pledged loyalty to them, and was voted back into the game alongside Lillian Morris.
Back on Drake he made peace with his old tribe and helped flip Lillian. He won the first individual immunity while already immune, and handed the necklace to Rupert. Then he and Jonny Fairplay took over: they starved Rupert of a reward, beat him in the next challenge, and blindsided him, then played the women's pairs against each other to take out Tijuana Bradley and Christa Hastie. Burton felt safe enough to take Jonny on a reward. Sandra Diaz-Twine used that time to rally the women, and when Darrah Johnson won immunity he was out. He voted for Sandra.
